    The heart and soul of Jax Furniture Refinishing and Upholstering is master craftsman William C Kennedy III. He got his start in the business crafting 17th and 18th century high country reproductions for Sturbridge, Massachusetts based The Seraph. His work there was featured in the February 1991 issue of Colonial Homes magazine as well as other local publications Bill has been working on furniture for nearly all of his life, and his love for fine furniture still burns bright today.

    We are a family business (Bill’s son also contributes) and we operate by the old fashioned maxim of treating others as you would like to be treated. As such, we pride ourselves on caring for each piece of furniture that we work on as though it were our own prized heirloom.
